Who we are

The Undergraduate Advisory Board is a platform for BME undergraduate students to:

• Explore the department's current approaches to research, academics, and relationships with industry and other institutions
  
• Develop well thought out recommendations for improvement in those areas
  
• Work with the department to implement those recommendations Biomedical Engineering Students of all classifications (freshman - senior) are encouraged to apply.

The Undergraduate Advisory Board hopes to have representatives from each of these groups.

What We Do

The UAB charges select students with evaluating current departmental approach to research, academics, and external relations. After discerning this information, the UAB offers proposals for departmental improvement, and finally works to implement the most valuable proposals.
